Supported by GRP2615, GRP2624, GRP2650, GRP2670 carrier-grade IP phones as well as GXV3350 and GXV3450 video phones, the GBX20 allows professionals to handle high call volumes with ease and precision.

Each module features 20 dual-color programmable keys with 2 navigation keys to toggle between two pages—supporting up to 40 contacts/extensions per module. With support for up to 4 daisy-chained modules, the GBX20 can handle 160 monitored extensions, making it ideal for receptionists, executives, and call-intensive roles requiring visibility and real-time call control.
